SABOLO of Paola Libera - with legal office in Via Chanoux 80, Cap 11027 Saint Vincent - Aosta (Italy) P.IVA 00351190079, creator and promoter of activities available on the website, reserves the right to use personal data supplied voluntarily by Users in accordance with current regulations (art 13 e ss. Dlgs. 1196/2003).

Users are invited to periodically visit this section to updated themselves with possible variations and modifications in current legislation.

SABOLO of Libera Paola guarantees Users that the treatment of personal data will be reserved to uses strictly connected and correlated to the perfomance of it's services, to the facilitation of management of the site and to the fullfilment of orders.

Data voluntarily provided by Users, will in no case be communicated or diffused to third parties.

In the case of payment by credit card, the fundamental information for execution of the transaction (credit/debit card number, expiry date, security code) will be sent to the entity responsible for handling (in this case Banca Sella), or possibly to societies responsible for fraud control, through cryptographed protocol, without third parties having access in any way. This information however is never seen or memorised on the part of the Seller (SABOLO).

SABOLO of Paola Libera adopts measures of secutrity adequate to reduce to a minimum the risk of destruction or loss of data, non-authorised access, unconsented usage and usage not compliant with the reason for which it was collected as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

However SABOLO of Paola Libera cannot guarantee it's clients that the measures adopted for security of the site and of the transmission of data and information on the site are able to limit or exclude all risk of unconsented access or of dispersion of data on devices attributable to the user.   • confirmation of the existence or inexistence of personal data regarding themselves
  • clear description of such data and of it's origin
  • the reason to which it wa collected and for what it will be used

The request for the information listed above may be renewed with an interval of at least 90 days, with the exception fo such cases where there is just casue: cancellation or modification of such data for violation of the law; cancellation of data which is not usable for the reason for which it was collected.

Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or inexistence of personal data regarding themselves, even if it is not yet registered and a description of such data in an intelligible form.
  2. The concerned has the right to obtain information on:                                                                                                                             a) the origin of personal data
     b) the reason for it's collection and the way in which it is used
     c) the logic applied in such case that the data is used by electronic instruments
     d) the indentity of the owner, the people responsible and of the designated representatives pursuant to article 5, comma 2;
     e) the employees and groups of employees to which the personal data may be communicated or who may be aware of such data due to their ole as designated county representative, manager or delegate
  3. The concerned has the right to obtain:
     a) the update, the rectification of if interested, the addition of data
     b) the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the blocking of data used in violation of the law, including that which is no longer necessary for the scope of which it was collected or successively used;
     c) the attestation that changes made through a) and B) have been brought to the attention of those to which the original data had been communicated or diffused, excepting the case in which such fulfillment would be impossible or would have a cost clearly disproportional with respect to the right protected.
  4. The concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:   
     a) to the use of personal data regarding themselves, for legitimate reasons, even if pertinent to the scope of it's collection;
     b) to the use of personal data regarding themselves, for the purposes of sending publicity material, direct sales or completion of market research or commercial communication.
